• Reinforced walls and blocking for grab bars, sinks, and adaptive fixtures

• Custom cabinetry and lowered work zones for accessible layouts
• Adaptive appliances such as induction ranges, under-counter microwaves, and dualdrawer dishwashers
• Height-adjusted or pull-down cabinetry hardware to improve daily usability

Adaptive Fixtures & Features

• Specialized plumbing fixtures designed for limited grip or reach

Code-Based Adaptations

• Dedicated outlets and circuits for medical and mobility devices (NEC 210.11(C))
• Vapor-proof/wet-rated lighting fixtures for showers and wet areas (NEC 410.10(D))
• Accessible ventilation systems for bathrooms and kitchens (FBC R303.3, when applicable)
• ADA/ICC clearance requirements for turning radii, doorway widths, and fixture placement
• Load-bearing reinforcement for grab bars, wall-mounted sinks, and ceiling-supported equipment (ADA 609, ICC A117.1)
